The Falmouth Arms is an historic 17th Century Inn situated in the Cornish village of Ladock, located between St Austell and Truro. The Ladock road was one of the early routes into West Cornwall and passed through the beautiful wooded Ladock Valley. The Falmouth Arms was one of a series of coaching Inn’s along the way, where horses could be swapped.
Kevin & Jill Viner are very excited to be at the Falmouth Arms, where Kevin will be preparing and cooking his signature dishes personally, using only the best Cornish produce, in his restaurant, Pennypots.
Pennypots and The Falmouth Arms is a very old traditional Cornish Inn with a cosy open fire and has three beautiful letting rooms that have been lovingly decorated with Jill’s Personal touch.
Kevin Viner achieved the very first Michelin Star in Cornwall and was AA Chef of the Year, a title held by many other well known chefs such as Rick Stein, Gordon Ramsey and Raymond Blanc. Kevin has cooked for many celebrities including the Royal Family and Prince Albert of Monaco.
